In signing this Release for myself or for my minor, I acknowledge that I understand the purpose of this Release.I understand that bicycling can be a danger-ous activity which can result in injury ordeath. I absolve and hold harmless event organizers and sponsors, the state of Kansas, and all counties and municipalities through which this ride/tour shall pass and any andall of their officers and members and anyother parties collectively, from any blame or liability for any injury, misadventure, harm,loss, inconvenience, or damage suffered or sustained as a result of my, or my minor’s participation in the Mowbray Metric or any activity associated therewith. The risks of cycling in events such as this are known and appreciated by me. I also hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury for my minor or me.
