The Central Kansas Conservancy is pleased to announce their 1st Tour de Trails event on the North-end of the beautiful Meadowlark Trail to promote our Rails- to-Trails Project! The Tour de Trails – “Bridge to Bridge” event will take place on Saturday, September 17th, 2016 at the North-end of the Meadowlark Trail Head.
This event will feature a fun 5K-ish mile run/walk going from bridge to bridge, which will showcase the Meadowlark Trail. The race path is a 100% trail course starting north of the railroad bridge on the Valkommen then continuing on to McPherson County’s Beautiful Meadowlark Trail.
The will give each participant the chance to sample the beauty of a local trail running and walking venue. Runners and walkers of all skill are invited to attend – from advanced to novice – this event has something for everyone!
Schedule of Events:
9:00 – 9:45 – Registration/Packet Pick up
10:00 – Bike Event Starts
10:10 – Runners/Walkers Event Starts 11:00-12:00 – Finish Line Festivities Enjoy Refreshments and Give-a-Ways

Entry Fees:
$15 per participant
First 40 registrants will receive a Central Kansas Conservancy Backpack!
